Instead of going out on a limb and trying to break new ground, I decided to fall back on some solid '50-'60's jazz, with hours two and three devoted to Prestige and Blue Note music respectively.

In the meantime, you know about how the Covid-19 that has spread almost all over the world and is wreaking havoc here in The States is no joke. Be careful out there.

Next week, I will devote a part of my show to The Fallen of the first three months of 2020. Look carefully at the link I'm presenting, especially this last month. Once again, be careful out there.

This week's stab from the past was originally aired for San Francisco Community Radio almost four years ago. At the time, I cut up the programs of April through June of that year into two-parters.

The first half of this presentation was all oldies, with hour one including most of the tracks which appeared on a 1971 K-Tel compilation called 20 Power Hits Volume 2.

Hour two features some of the artists from the previous hour performing earlier works.

Hour three goes out to the memory of Steve Weber, one half of the original Holy Modal Rounders. I played the original (or at least earlier) versions of tunes they performed on their albums.

Hour four is straight up solid blues.
